Mark Greenberg, MD, is an ultrarunner and Professor of Pediatrics and Anesthesiology at the University of California, San Diego. He recently published this article about misconceptions relating to posture and back pain.

He goes on to explain what "poor posture" and "lazy posture" really mean and how back pain is more likely to be improved by moderate movement of the body than postural adjustment.
