What do you bring to class?
My classes are very much focused around being present in the moment, allowing yourself to be a little selfish and treat your body to what it needs. Whether that be your alone time, a new commitment, a goal or simply feeding the addiction to the Lagree method you have discovered. My approach is that of technique, I love to be all hands on to ensure you really are moving your body correctly and feeling the full potential of building strength, flexibility, balance and most of all control of the body and mind.
What do you love about Lagree?
I have been active my whole life and through so many different fitness styles, Lagree has me addicted. The strength, control and all over body awareness created through the method keeps my injury free through everything else I do. It really is a whole-body commitment!
LA fit really has allowed me to bring my full self to the classes I teach, combining my love for technique with a lot of personality and cheek. You can always expect some booty shaking bangers to be playing.
What do you love about LA Fit?
LA fit is a family for me, not only the team culture we have created but the clients. I have so much time for people and if their time at the studio is the only time, they have in their day to disconnect from everyday stress I want to be a part of making that experience one of happiness and laughter.
