We had a full house for Kelley Sloan's nutrition workshop. Kel shared her top tips to demystify healthy eating and everyone left motivated and ready to tackle the farmers market. Jacinta Hanrahan's Advanced Megaformer and Kelly Dalby's MegaRide & Release charity workshops raise $510 for their Self Care Sleepover for Teens. Thank you to everyone who sweated it out for this incredible cause.
