I love that Lagree is genuinely for everyone. No other workout can you build strength and muscular endurance, increase flexibility and boost cardiovascular fitness in 45 minutes.
3. What do you love about teaching?
I love teaching Ride because if I can help someone else discover a love within themselves, help them succeed and break down barriers, I know that I have had a positive impact on their day, and that’s all that counts!
